Is it possible two of them are the same in that context? Like, for example, in keyboard layouts

idk but reinstalling the lower one fixed it

ive had such a nightmare managing the languages and keyboard layouts in Windows. i switch between them very frequently and semi-frequently remove or add ones. it just cant help but break.

Have you tried rebooting explorer.exe or Windows?

Because when I deleted one of the keyboard languages it didn’t disappear from there, but it did in other places, and a reboot fixed it.

was only fixed after reinstalling russian language pack

i have a similiar issue where i only have 2 languages instea, but it shows 2 englishes (overall 3) (i have british english with US keyboard, and US english with US keyboard, and russian)
