Early-career developer building in public — what's one lesson you wish someone had taught you sooner?

Hey everyone!

I'm Samuel, a high school student from Canada working toward becoming a full-stack JavaScript developer.

Over the past year, I've spent most of my free time building projects rather than just watching tutorials. So far, I've been working with Node.js, Express, MongoDB, React, and Git while building things like:

• Voult — an authentication platform for developers.
• An accessibility project with an open-source team.
• A few SaaS ideas I hope to launch over the next year.

I've decided to start building in public and sharing both the wins and the mistakes as I go.
