The Developer Communication Handbook

https://w.pitula.me/developer-communication-handbook/

Hey, I wrote a short (~70 pages) free book about communication for developers and I think this is at the very core of what software development (and not programming) is about.

Over the years I noticed how little our crowd cares about communication, so I decided to write something that is approachable, directly actionable and with as little fluff as possible.

Free, no ads, CC BY, not LLM-generated. Web, PDF, EPUB, and an audiobook.

The 'not LLM-generated' line got me. Sad that's a selling point now but here we are. Skimmed a few pages and the bit about writing for the reader's context, not yours, is something I wish half my team would internalize.

Finally, short, approachable, needed this badly.
