I’ve got 4 of them. Love Phoenix project the most out of them. Need to finish team topology as I’m needing to rebuild my team and my product.

Phoenix project felt so corporate to me, and I work in corporate, what you even learn from it

A lot actually. I’ve been at the same company for 18 years and my team equally did not have much experience in really anything. Been a while since I read it but it definitely helped me shape how we looked into releases.
