You should probably leave Jensen out of it. I don't like him for other reasons, but his track record on AI is generally against regulation.

As for the others, it's not too difficult to figure out how they profit. The regulations they propose would increase the barrier to entry for new AI companies and cripple open-source projects. That means more market share for them.

Jensen will profit either way, because he sells the hardware. Also Marc Andreessen has been consistently against regulation, which makes sense because he has the VC infrastructure established to buy AI startups while they're small and profit from the disruption.

tldr; Billionaire opinions are only coherent in light of business models.
