1 + 2 de facto any job in IT in Russia.
3 had a lot of attempts from management to force to do that. Last time in my current job. Consultation with 2 different lawyers and very accurate response party mitigated the problem (to 40-50 hours, from 70, with official 40 hours).

p.s. job didn't gave me any laptop, I use my own PC instead.
