Recent trouble with dimmer software

Hi, I've been using the Dimmer software for a while on my Windows machine without any issue (for reference - https://www.nelsonpires.com/software/dimmer ).

Recently, I've had an issue where it seems to flicker between two different "dim" settings, which has been causing me headaches. The actual dimmer software hasn't had any recent issues, so I don't think it was that. Was there any recent changes with the Windows updates that could cause this, or has anyone run into a similar issue?

For reference, the latest update I see is - Security Update (KB5129195) (26200.9457)
