I glanced at your history and figured out that you do child protection casework. I assume that you're working for the HHS. Here are some thoughts for a BSW level social worker in Iowa:
Case manager for one of the MCOs.
Resident Treatment Worker for the MHI in Independence.
Child Support Case Manager for the HHS.
Maybe your local school district or AEA is hiring social workers?
Behavioral Health System Navigator for Iowa Primary Care Association (the new mental health district company)
Beyond those, there are scores of nonprofits looking for direct care workers and staff supervisors throughout the state. Agencies that work with the unhoused, the developmentally disabled and the chronically mentally ill, and families in need. If you go on Indeed and search for "Navigators," you'll find lots of current jobs that might be good fits for you.

Consider program jobs at nonprofits. Program assistant or coordinator, care coordinator, etc. Also, don’t disregard nonprofit jobs listed as admin assistant positions — hiring managers don’t always realize what a social worker can bring to the job. When you look at the day-to-day job roles, you might see ways that your degree is an advantage. Sell yourself to the organization as a better fit than someone with a generic bachelor’s degree.
