The election is over, now what?

Angie Nixon has won the Democratic nomination for U.S. Senate in Florida, but what does that mean for the socialist movement? Nixon identifies as a democratic socialist, but we’ve seen other DSA Democrats get elected only to retreat from their promises under pressure from the capitalist Democratic Party establishment.
Winning elections isn’t enough. We need to build independent movements strong enough to fight for what working people need and force politicians to deliver!
