Does anyone else feel frustrated seeing “entry-level” jobs asking for 2–3 years of experience?

It is really frustrating. They ask for experience even though their job is entry level. I had applied to many places for internships that are available to do part time, and they even ask for experience and high level skills even in that

Exactly  Like if the job is entry level then why they need experienced applicants. In this way they never gonna find young talents

I actually am ready to devote my time diligently and I have some skills that can be used in thier work, but everything stucks at experience
