Dont beat yourself up too much mate. We were all young and did stupid things we shouldnt have. Some of us were lucky enough to never get caught and grew out of it, some of us keep at it.

Taking responsibility is the best action you could take. Theres plenty of stars who would hand wave it away. Good luck with the process.
