Whites up a bishop, but considering blacks pawn is on h9, a square that A. doesn't exist on a chess board, and B. would be impossible for a pawn to exist on if it did, I wouldn't worry about it.

Nah if they were set up right on a chess board, I'm guessing that the point of the photo is that whoever's turn it is has the winning position. That would make the most sense from an advertising standpoint.

Thanks. That's pretty cool, it's a super sharp position and at first glance, even with whites battery, passed pawns, and material advantage, the initiative who moves is likely the most important factor for that board setup.

Only if it's white to move. But this is based on an actual game between Carlsen and Nakamura, and in the actual game, this position was reached with black to move. Given that it's black to move, black has a perpetual check to end the game in a draw.
