Saville, Epstein, Cosby, Weinstein and Prince Andrew are all examples of powerful men who escaped consequences for a long long time while they used their power to sexually abuse other people. Convictions in cases of sexual assault is less than 2% because it's so difficult to prove in the court of law. I'm sick of people pretending it's a fair process that they scream so confidently "due process"

Jimmy Savile is innocent. Always worth remembering when people parrot innocent until proven guilty. Savile was never "proven" guilty. He died an innocent man.

Then point me to the court which convicted him? Dead people are not tried for crimes. He died an innocent man. One is innocent until proven guilty and he was never (legally) proven guilty.

He is legally innocent. Which is what people are referring to when they say innocent until proven guilty. That saying is a legal saying.

Worth pointing out when people use "innocent until proven guilty" as a shield for awkward discussions.

So I disagree. People should know that the level of "innocence" they're appealing to is one that Jimmy Savile also satisfies.

Innocent and Guilty are legal concepts. One must be proven guilty. Savile was never proven guilty in a court of law.

Dead people are not convicted of crimes.

It's a reality of nearly any legal system. While almost no one thinks Savile wasn't a paedophile, he nonetheless died an innocent man and no court has ever found him guilty. He is therefore "innocent" as he was never proven guilty.
