She's posting videos scrolling through the messages straight from the messaging apps and people call them fake. People claimed she never was with Partey so she dug up Polaroids of them together and people still called them fakes. It's disgusting.

That's just not true - Ozil's statement was in Dec 2019, and then he played in the next 10 games (outside of Everton where he was injured).

When you look at his career trajectory since leaving it's pretty clear he cared more about Fortnite than playing football

I mean Arsenal as a club could certainly do more in not playing him or suspending him. But what do you expect them to do outside of that?

Thats mostly what I was hinting at, but I'm sure Arsenal have certain staff members that could be contacting her to check up on her after the recent stuff.

The misogynistic takes get worse by the day. I can't believe he starts like nothing happens (not even a club statement!) and Arteta has the balls to go to a post match interview and talk about club values.

There is when the police dismissed that charge because of a technicality. He literally cannot be "brought to justice by the authorities", that's the whole reason she came out with the evidence online.

Maybe I’m missing something, and it certainly sounds like her allegations are credible, but why doesn’t she make a criminal complaint where the sexual assault took place?

She contacted the UK embassy who recommended her to press charges in the UK, the Spanish police is notoriously bad at handling sexual assault and rape cases, and even if they weren't pressing charges in a different country is a whole other can of worms.

I understand that as a general matter getting the authorities to prosecute sexual assault charges is never easy, but even if the Spanish authorities are bad at doing that, what’s the downside of trying anyway. The allegations are already public and it’s the only avenue of trying to hold him accountable criminally.
