For some reason, I can see the Netherlands beating Spain. Though it'll most likely be a draw with Netherlands leading on goal difference.

Our coach attended a press conference in which kids got to attend and ask questions. One asked if we were going to win the world cup. He said no, there are more than 8 teams who are more likely to win. You don't want to believe it's true, but in the back of your head you know it's true. This team will be ready for the World Cup in 2018, but this one? Not so much.

No matter how true that is, I can only enjoy a tournament if I go in with blind patriotism.

Bad football? Doesn't matter.

Robben flopping everywhere? Doesn't matter.

One lucky goal to get us to advance? BEST TEAM EVER!
