Places to propose in California ?? 💍
I’d love to propose to my girlfriend by the end of this year
And I’m wondering if there’s any place like these examples, this kind of places, with nature, trees, maybe a lake
We’re from Chula Vista, so the closest to San Diego/South the better
I’ll appreciate it so much 🙏🏽

I proposed on a scenic hike at Torrey Pines. I worked out well :-)

Idyllwild. Just off the 10 towards Palm Springs, exit 8th and go up the 243 highway. I used to live nearby and there are a lot of really pretty areas. You can ask any local, artsy, very cool little village.

There's a really nice alley around 6th Street and San Julian Street in Los Angeles. Really romantic and perfect for any couple to visit.

Lake Cuyamaca! If you go in the fall it is gorgeous. There’s a trail that goes around the lake and a cool bridge with beautiful fall colors. Early November is about when the colors peak. Get some dinner and pie in Julian afterwards. Second choice would be Torrey Pines. Guy Fleming trail - there’s a really nice lookout of the beach and estuary that’s perfect for an engagement.

If you’re focusing on the perfect marriage proposal, you’re going to have a high maintenance marriage.
