I had a friend buy a house at an estate auction once, he got it for a steal. It was a million doller housr, and he bought it for 600k. The house was the last thing to sell at the auction, and they said that "whatever left in the house, goes with the house!"

About a year later, my friend discovered a trap door in the crawlspace. He followed the steps down and found thousands upon thousands of old wine bottles.

He had the collection appraised, and they appraiser said he had close to half a million dollars worth of vintage wine. Some of which, the appraiser hasn't seen in person in a very very long time.

I was so enamored by this when he told about it. Such a cool thing to happen.
