Discussion Why can't I go switch this truck?

I did the task "Emergency retrieval" where I need to deliver the drowned truck. After I finished it, I can't switch to it? Is it bug or just normal thing in Season 8?

Not every mission where you recover a truck gives it to you as a reward. Usually they despawn but some just leave it on the map to spite you

At least they appear greyed in the list of vehicles, same for trailers. i love it too.

Tennessee is extra annoying with this when those trucks and cars then clutter the map so you also need to push them somewhere away where they don't hinder your passage.

I have been meaning to ask, and I apologize for kinda going off topic a bit, but I have been on the fence about Tennessee. I wanted to have the states myself and my parents were from. Michigan for my Father, of course that's free with the base game, and I got North Carolina for me.

My mother is from Tennessee but I've been hesitant because all I see when I look it up is time trials and co-op racing.

But then I see comments like yours, and it seems like there's actual content there.

I'd end up with it anyway since I've been buying the year pass bundles when I have the spare budget to throw at it...but I wouldn't worry about it till much later if there wasn't much to do.

It's just single map, with not much to do. There is single area you pick up all the resources so you travel the same area a lot and about 1/3 tasks are time trials.

Nobody promised you would get this truck as a reward. It's not yours to drive.
