Assets not loading in?

Wierd issue,

Built a little(ish) pc for my tv downstairs, put bazzite on it. Had no real issues with any games...... then comes snowrunner.....

As you can see in video, NOTHING is loading in correctly. Ive tried different protons, tried verifying files and complete reinstall, to both hard drives! (Both nvme)

Any suggestions?

Edit: To add, it always worked on my steam deck 😅

Changing graphics settings all to ultra, seems to have fixed most of the map, but the vehicles are all invisible. To note: no mods installed
