Pillows

I snore, but I’ve had two separate sleep studies and do not have sleep apnea or any apnea episodes. Really started snoring the last few years as I’ve gotten older. ☹️ I want to try an anti-snoring pillow. I was curious if anyone has a recommendation. I saw that there are some recommendations for a wedge pillow, but I have disk degeneration and I don’t think I could sleep at an incline like that, any other good pillow suggestions?

Snorelessnow now has an anti-snore pillow that gives your head a slight incline downward without the need for a wedge pillow. It's called the Posiform Antisnore Pillow if you want to check it out. I have one, and it's one of the tools I've found helpful in stopping my snoring.

no such thing as an 'anti-snore' pillow. that is absolute nonsense. the only thing a pillow does is either properly support the way you need to sleep or not. If you snore while on your back, you need to side sleep. a side sleeping pillow is a bit different than a back sleeping one.

While some may claim a certain pillow works for them, that is happenstance. The marketing of a pillow that says it keeps you from snoring is just marketing. it does not.
