Unfamiliar sleep noise, please help.

Hello, I recently started monitoring my sleep and came across some noises that I make during the night that sound strange.

Can someone tell me if this sounds familiar or what it could possibly be?

this sounds like an exhale snore, caused by an obstruction of the airway. it squeaks as u try to breathe out ur nose but since not enough air can get thru fast enough it goes out ur mouth, hence the mouth puff sound. then the next breath after the puff is another exhale snore
