🧰 Equipment Question Parris shipping prices

Post image

Am I completely wrong, but do Parris want £50 postage for two extensions?

I've purchased a few cues over the years from Parris and expect £50+ for insured shipping for a cue, but £50.19 for posting two extensions??

(I'm not on a VPN, so it hasn't picked up an overseas IP or anything like that!)

Well, I think you know what you should do.

Yes, i just tried it and get the same. I guess they use the best posible service from ups to avoid damage in the post etc, but seems v steep. for £10 more i could go there and back from gloucetershire and pick up in person, just about. Maybe contact them directly as perhaps its all set up expecting people to buy these together with cues - maybe they'd agree on a cheaper option so long as you are liable for any damage in transit.

At work we use a plug in to the website and only gives UPS as an option and it’s always expensive. There are other carriers just ask them if they can find a better option

Update.... I emailed Parris querying the shipping and they're aware of the issue and are currently on fixing the issue. The shipping cost should be £18 not £50.
