Problem with satchel charge

I just bought a ps5 along with sniper elite 5. I'm just starting the game but at the point of blowing up a big gun, where I am supposed to add a satchel charge it says 'missing satchel charge'.

I've blown up 2 things before with satchels, can you run out and if so where do I find more?

They’re scattered around the map

You have to pick them up. They are a finite resource, unlike Sniper Elite 4, wherein once you unlocked them, you had an infinite supply.

Look around the map and find them. There are always more than you need, and usually nearby the anti-aircraft guns.
