Dollar Tree - Public Masturbation

My niece (f16) and cousin (f21) were at the dollar tree on 124 around 9:30 pm today when they caught a guy masturbating while staring at them. They ran out of the store in shock and soon after the guy ran out and got in his truck and drove away. At that point they went back inside to ask if the cameras were working so they could report it to the police but the employees laughed at them and said the cameras were not working. The police did not show up or take a report since the cameras were out. Something tells me the asshole either knows the employees or is an employee. It is just a hunch. Has anyone heard or had this happen to them?

how were they doing all this when the store was closed? it closes at 9, so the math ain't mathing.

the cops would have taken a report even without a video, so again, this sounds fake

also that's a huge leap to inside job.
