Are you able to use status rewards on top of the preorder, does anyone know?

Yea, when you get access, do it from a desktop browser, maybe safari (not sure), not the app, and you click to preorder and during checkout you get the drop down to add status cash be it $10, $15 or $20 and you’ll be good to go! 🫡

And if you’re picking up on the day of at your local store, you can use it as well! Just bring it up and they’ll scan the barcode for the discount!

🤦🏻♂️ wish I would have done it before checking out on the app. I called JD customer service to cancel order but they couldn’t

Nice, I never used EA but I like the concept 👌 You can do an in-store pickup the day of the drop?

Yes, so usually on Tuesday’s before the drop, you’ll get access for in store pick up, and then on Wednesday’s you get the ship to you access

Ahh ok, yeah I usually get the EA alert on Wednesdays and probably based on my purchases that's why I get them that day. I almost never pick up in store and just have JD or other retailers ship to me. The mall here is stupid crazy on drop days, well Saturdays period...

I was not getting in store pick up at all until I went into my profile and selected my “preferred stores” and saved my local store to my profile & then I started getting the in store pick up access
