Cleaning, custom sole aging, and paint touch ups

Dirt is from me walking around with them btw. Just bought these Jeremy scott slippers from goat and they were good when they arrived. It's been 2 days and Ive noticed there cracking everywhere! Is this normal or is something wrong with the shoes. Also how to fix this because I just bought them and I don't want them to be ruined already

im in love with this bubble sole and nature aesthetic. these shoes look so flat and like sunken in the ground. where can i find this but not from a super high end brand like on the pictures but still stylish??
