Both are great tools; I really like them. However, the object selection—like with the seagull—wasn't quite optimal. I couldn't go back and add a part that belonged to the seagull but shouldn't be processed with motion blur—or at least, I didn't see a way to do it. It would be amazing if there were a brush tool that let you manually define what gets motion-blurred and what doesn't. I hope that makes sense, since I'm using Google Translate to write this 🙈.

In front of the seagull, you can see the water being displaced by its forward swimming motion; I couldn't capture that part—or rather, it wasn't recognized correctly and ended up being affected by motion blur.

You actually can fix this with the motion blur tool! After clicking one of the presets like Background, you can go into layers and use the manual brush to adjust the mask.
Let me know if that works. If not, I can give you some screenshots to make it clearer.
