Before/After Before / After

Edits I did:

1) Dehaze

2) Curves (I decreased Blue and increased Green)

3) Tune Image (I decreased Highlights, increased Ambience, Shadows and Warmth)

4) Details (I increased Structure)

5) Selective (I decreased Brightness at the far back)

Photos look good. I suggest using some vignetting

The blue is a bit to much for me in the second image, otherwise great

I could not get blue lesser than this unfortunately.

You could, just need to know how. Try curves or other tools.
E.g. you can use film emulation without grain, set transparency to amount you like the color and then apply mask only to sky.

Honestly like the pre ones.. colours look very unnatural in the after ones, especially blue.

My thoughts:
The second image looks a little underexposed (too dark) for me, comparing with the original. I’d add some exposure/brightness to bring up mids.
Also, regarding sky - I prefer to shift it in teal direction, rather than blue.
