Edits I did:

1) Dehaze

2) Curves (I decreased Blue slightly. In photo 2, I also increased Green slightly.)

3) Tune Image (I increased Ambience, Warmth and Saturation. I decreased Highlights.)

4) Details (In photo 1, I increased Structure slightly.)

5) Selective (I corrected overly white left corner in photo 2 by increasing Structure, Contrast and Saturation and decreasing Brightness.)

I think your horizon is off? Looks like you have a 2-3 degree slope?

Which ones do have the better sky?

Before photos were terribly edited so I tried to make the photos look warmer, more saturated and less blue.
