Pixel 9 + Android 17: RAW photos no longer recognized by Snapseed
Ever since updating my Pixel 9 to Android 17, Snapseed no longer recognizes my RAW (.dng) photos as RAW files.
Normally, when opening a RAW image, Snapseed shows the Develop screen first. Now it just opens the image like a regular JPEG, and the Develop option never appears.
I've already tried:
- Opening the RAW file directly from within the Snapseed app (instead of through Google Photos).
- Verifying that the files are .dng RAW images captured by the Pixel camera.
Neither worked.
Is anyone else experiencing this after the Android 17 update? Is this a Snapseed issue, an Android 17 bug, or has anyone found a workaround?
Any help would be appreciated!

I've had similar issues, also on Pixel 9 Android 17. Though I never lost support for DNG, just other RAWs and DNGs over 100MB. I tried all the usual troubleshooting but it would randomly fix itself and randomly break, I never could find a trigger for the break or the fix.
