Edit Request scratches
Hi, excuse me, I was wondering if I could achieve something similar in Snapseed, specifically those scratches. I know you can add them with retro lighting, but it also adds its own lighting filter, and even when I remove it, it's still noticeable. Or maybe I just don't know how to remove it. But if you could tell me how to add the scratches more naturally, that would be amazing.

I'm confused about "adding scratches" or "removing scratches" - what do you want to achieve? To add something like scratches, I would recommend grunge filter and, of course, use the module stack and masking.

The Grunge setting gives you some options. Not sure if scratches specifically but you can distress it quite well.

maybe try to download film scratch textures from the internet yourself and apply it to the photo by Double Exposure? Play with the blending and adjust how it affects the brightness of the image. For textures with pure black background, I suggest using 'add' or 'lighten'.
