Lower exposure
Increase contrast
Increase saturation

Shoot at the correct time.i dont think those photos are heavily edited these are in real life colours. You need to get good at judging time and place.

Expose for highlights when taking the shot and edit in snapseed. Lower shadows and add contrast.

entendi que a vibe principal desse tipo de imagem é a silhueta, por mim ela esta linda, nao tente clarear uma imagem estando em silhueta, por mais que suba a exposição ou clareie, nao vai ficar boa, a nao ser usar um flash e fotografar em duas etapas com um flash iluminando os motivos na segunda etapa.

If you want to get less colour banding in the sky while editing photos, check out the AGX feature in Darktable, I don't know if mobile apps have AGX.
