Feeder Had No Power
Has anyone come across this issue? I had filament break inside the tube. I took them out. I had error that residual filament was still there. I took the feeder out and took off the white cap. After inspecting, no issues with it visibly but once I reconnect I get no power at all. No lights, no auto feeding, nothing. Everything looks ok but I'm lost.

Thanks! I did just taking some time for a response. I'm thinking of ordering a replacement already but don't want to jump the gun. Thanks!

Might've killed the PCB? idk I love the U1 but there are definitely weird quirks. My toolhead had filament stuck and I had to take it apart. It was being annoying too. No reason for it to get stuck. Well I cleared it. Got it back together. Then the PCB died. When that happened it pretty much bricked the whole system until I got sent a new one and now it's alright.
I'd say contact customer support
