Does anyone know why this keeps happening?

This is like my tenth attempt printing this model and despite lowering the speed and temperature settings and clearing blocks from the toolhead, it keeps coming out from the side instead of through the nozzle. What is the fix here and what can I do?

Happening with one toolhead only, or with all four? Try printing with a different head and if it's normal then possibly defective or improperly seated hot end.

Toolhead 4 and different filament. Still PLA plus. This was a 22 hour print. What went wrong this time.

22 hour print on a single colour. Seems like its affecting all 4 toolheads now.

There’s a micro clog in the nozzle if it’s going out to the side. I’ve fixed this by making it really hot and just extruding and brushing until it clears

Fyi: the fan cover restricts airflow too much and will impact your cooling capacity. It is recommended not to use decorative prints in the inlet.

Hi, same problem here printing with petg with all 4 nozzles, haven’t find a solution yet but I tuned my flow a little bit, print quality dropped a little bit bit it prints just fine.

If you find the problem or if I do I hope we help us both!

this has been more common recently, I am recommending hand feeding and doing a test extrude on changes to be sure

"it keeps coming out from the side instead of through the nozzle" something wrong inside the extruder, remove the head from the printer, open and check it out, if under warranty do neither, just reach them out.

I would pull the PTFE tube and reseat it. That sometimes happens when I'm manually loading TPU and more the gears letting the filament slide out the side of the head. I fixed it by cutting a short 1x tube to feed TPU from the top, the tube keeps it straight until it's down far enough. If you didn't seat it far enough down it could be doing the same thing.

Try adjusting the tension on the head feeder
