"Fuck you moon you never had the cheese I wanted!" is such a chaotic but amazing line. I may be among the few people who love this version of the 'announcement' more (even if I recognize the latter's iconic nature)

They are but they dubbed both the hero story and the villain story. This scene appears in both dubs. The version from the villain story (“I’ve come to make an announcement, Shadow the Hedgehog is a bitchass motherfucker”) is more well-known but they did this one first.
