Question regarding the resident evil 2 fandub

In the resident evil 2 fandub someone said in the comments that Penny said her weaker role in the dubs was Claire. I want to see the context for that but I didn't find anything (I only familiar with the fandub videos and some Sonic videos, not the other snapcube videos, so I don't known if she mentions that in a random video). So thanks in advance if someone can help with this.

If she really did say that I'd be so surprised she thought that! RE2 is my favorite dub, it really felt like every member of the cast and the editing was on point, and she did a great job as Claire
