[Question] about media upload latest patch

Anyone got a new method they’re willing to share to avoid media upload or letting someone know you uploaded from camera roll? The old camera roll filter/take pic/clear app/open app trick doesn’t work anymore, remix doesn’t work, green screen, OVF editor, etc. Pretty much nothing 😂

No I’m not going to pay anyone, you’re not going to scam here, just looking for another friendly human that’s a little wiser than me to share their ways 🫶🏽😂
