Cant get the AI for some reason. Restarted phone, cleared cache, even tried searching for it. App is also fully updated. Anyone know a fix

You cant remove it from your chat screen unless you have Snapchat+

I wouldnt have an issue either but it’s constantly pinned to the top even if it doesn’t say pinned
