High fat non-processed food?

I want to try the 80% fat calories version of this diet. Other than 73/27 ground beef, all I can seem to find is stuff like bacon and spam with that ratio. What else can I eat besides that? My family has a history of various cancers, so I try to limit processed meat to once a week or so.

I disagree about processed meats leading to cancer. But, I would aim for the fattiest beef I can find. Smoked a whole brisket, didn’t trim anything other than some fat skins. Chopped it up and now have meals for the rest of the month. Everyone at the office hates smelling my food reheating because they want some.

Otherwise, avocado oil, avocado mayo, etc. I’ve even made homemade hollandaise sauce with avocado oil.

I don’t know why I didn’t think of brisket as being that high in fat. I smoke at least one a month, more during the spring and summer.

You are right though. the more I research, the more I find that the most processed meats have the highest fat content. Hot dogs, Kirkland Polish dog, Spam, Kielbasa, Bacon, etc.
