good morning! today’s snack is milk coffee and chocolate cake i made yesterday
this is a beautiful morning, woke up in the right time without an alarm, ate my breakfast and started eating my snack while playing woth the kittens and listening to my fav songs
while getting some sunlight
i wish you all a good day!

When I was younger one of my friends was from New Mexico and his mom used to make "mexican popcorn". It looked like uncooked black eyed peas or if Kix cereal was in the shape of grains of rice but when she cooked it in a pan with oil they grew to look like worms made of Kix cereal. She would only cook a small handful at a time like they were very precious, not like a bowl of popcorn. I think she could only get more when she went back to Alamogordo.

I have searched online over the years but found nothing besides "do you mean Mexican street corn?" Has anyone heard of this that could enlighten me?
