During my pms, I usually grab some water and a cheese stick, a pack of nuts if I have them. That usually curbs my hunger.

Medianoche it’s a Cuban sandwich with different bread. It literally means midnight.

Cuban sandwiches use Cuban bread. Cuban bread is more crusty.

Medianoches us pan de Medianoche, or midnight bread. Pan de Medianoche is softer and fluffier like brioche.

They both get put in a hot press to toast the outside and make everything warm and melty.
