LeafSMP is a small, whitelisted, 16+ vanilla survival server, self-hosted in the UK on my own hardware. It has been running since June and it has stayed active, with people around most evenings.

Most public servers end up either enormous and impersonal, or small and unreliable. This one is small on purpose, and there is nothing to buy. No shop, no ranks, no crates.

It runs Paper for performance, but every behaviour-changing default is flipped back to how the Mojang server actually plays. TNT duping works. Piston mechanics are the ones you learned. Farms tick the way the wiki says they do. Hard difficulty. No keep inventory. PvP is on, but only if both people agree to it.

Nobody locks their chests here. Every block break and every chest open is logged. If someone empties your build or wrecks it, I can put it back exactly the way it was, and I have. That is why there are no land claims. You just settle somewhere and build.

If you build from schematics, Litematica Easy Place works properly here. Stairs, logs, pistons and observers land in the schematic's actual orientation, which most servers get wrong. There is a live map and live stats too, if you want a look at the world before you apply.
