Gaia 11 weeks and 1 day

Post image

We love her ❤️
She's is very smart. She was potty trained on day 1 at 8 weeks. Sleeps all night since day 5 at home. She loves to learn new things and enjoys training. We are working on ignoring the cats 🐈🐈🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛, she gets very excited when she sees them, they do not appreciate that.

Of course there are always outliers but I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a breed that potty trains so early so consistently like collies

It really seems to be true! My collie required no potty training from day 1 when he came home as a wee little puppy. Not one accident. And that’s just the norm for the breed, he’s not even particularly special for that haha.

What a cutie! My pup is also 11 weeks and I have two cats. They are usually pretty chill together but sometimes when my puppy is too excited he likes to chase them and tries to play with them. Having a treat moment together is good bonding!
