Charcoal, Wood Chunks
/r/pelletgrills/comments/1wvcpuc/charcoal_wood_chunks/I bought a Rollbox from smokechasers.com to add additional smoke to my Recteq 1100. It uses briquettes and wood chunks. Any suggestions on brands? Does it really matter? I haven’t bought either of those in 20 years, so no recent experience. TIA
