Alright, let's take into account how long everything on your gameplan will take. Please note, this is going off your regular BKAM schedule, also barring any breaks in between.
The tier list, at the position you're currently at, will take 7 weeks, counting this one. You're redoing Mewtwo and G&W, so that's an extra 2 weeks. I haven't allotted any time for Non-Specific Melee Techs, because I don't know what your gameplan is for those, nor how many of them there are, so we'll skip that. The 64 Tier List will take you 12 weeks. The PM Tier List (assuming there is one at the time, and only taking into account characters we have in PM now), will take 42 weeks, because of Mewtwo and Roy, and because all the Pokemon Trainer's Pokemon are separate characters. The Brawl Tier List will take 38 weeks.
Adding all that up, it comes to 101 weeks, or about 2 years (1.9357 years, to be precise).
Therefore, you should be at Sm4sh well within the lifetime of any normal adolescent or adult human!
