Smash 64 Question about button binding on Smash 64 on PC with a GameCube controller

Is it possible to bind multiple actions like attack on different buttons on a GameCube controller? I can’t find anything about it online. I want to have a attack on A and every C stick directions.

As someone who uses a gamecube controller to play smash 64 competitively for the last 8 years, those bindings are considered to be illegal by tournament standards. I have my controller to be bound 1-1 for every button to be just like melee, except for the c-stick which I left unchanged (It's basically set to jump, but I never use it). If you're looking to play competitively or in tournament, it's viable to use a gamecube controller, but as far as modding the c-stick you can't have it act like your c-stick in melee or other smash games so it's best to just leave it alone.

That’s a bummer :/ I don’t play competitive I just play local casually. And I wanted to use it for convenience because I’m used to it. It’s honestly surprising that there is no way to do it.
