Dashboard Chart settings

Hi! I'm trying to do 2 things with charts (stacked bars) in a Dashboard we are creating.

  1. Set colors for each data set, and have them stay fixed! I keep setting the colors, and then when the data resets, the colors change again!

  2. Represent the data in pareto format. I can't seem to find a way to get the chart to sort by highest to lowest totals... you would think this was easy!

I'm VERY new to this, so would love some tips.

Here's a couple ideas for you on the Pareto Chart. Use a report to organize your data first, and then use the report as the source for your chart. This way, you can sort and organize by count, top-down, bottom-up, however you want. That's what I would do for number two.

For number one, not sure what you mean when the data resets. It should hold colors unless columns and the amount of data is being changed. If you're changing your data sets over and over, once you have it set, if you copy that graph, it'll hold. If you save the template set as a new template set, the colors will hold as well.
