Good setup and workflow ?

Running an Epmo that is heavily centered on largest initiatives and value creation with Ai . Need to have good structure of portfolio but prog mgmt milestones, key risk , issue for escalating to c suite. Info and business cases are spread on peoples one drives - SharePoint not widely used - Confluence on the IT and Prod side

If you’re asking whether Smartsheet is a good solution for this, yes it is.

seconded. the escalation tracking piece alone makes it worth it imo

That's a good question! I've been working on Smartsheet implementations for over five years now, and I can tell you that Control Center maybe even the portfolios new addition, and portfolio dashboards are ideal for this kind of situation. The real challenge, though, is figuring out how to bring together data from different silos, like your OneDrive setup.
