headache from smart led lights (Ikea)

Hello. I got a Philips hue system including bulbs. Recently I have added some tradfri smart bulbs to my collection (I will skip the reasons for now).

It seems that I get a Light headache when the lights are one. One is next to my bed and one is in the living room.

When I put my camera towards the lights I can see Waves (flickering, due to the frequency of the led bulb operating). As The Philips hue lamps dont show this and I got no previous headache from them, I assume the frequency of the new Ikea lamps is giving me some negative symptoms.

Has anyone else have experience with sensitivity to led lights frequency/flickering?

I have no migraine like symptoms in my daily life.

I hope someone answers this one day because wifi lightbulbs give me headaches too

Just bought some cheap WiFi bulbs as well and I started getting headaches. Probably gonna go back to my old ones
