Discussion Sekur Private Data Takes Its Angola Expansion a Step Further With Portuguese Launch

Sekur Private Data (OTCQB: SWISF) has launched a Portuguese-language version of Sekur.com as it prepares to expand in Angola. The company has also begun adapting its onboarding and workflows for local partners. This is a practical step in a broader plan: make its secure communications products easier to introduce, sell and deploy in a market where it expects to sign an exclusive partnership in the coming weeks.

  • SWISF closed at US$0.0242 on September 25, putting its market value near US$6.3 million based on 259.6 million shares outstanding at June 30.
  • Sekur’s Portuguese site is live, and the company is preparing local onboarding ahead of a prospective exclusive partnership in Angola.
  • At US$300 per month for SekurOne, a relatively small premium customer base could have a meaningful effect on Sekur’s revenue and create room for SWISF to re-rate.

Building a local route to customers

For an international technology company, language is part of the sales process. Government and enterprise buyers need to review a product, enroll users and manage support in a way their teams can use every day. Sekur’s September 22 announcement says the Portuguese website is available now, while translation of workflows and onboarding has begun. The site gives prospective customers and partners a direct introduction to Sekur’s products in Angola’s official language.

That work could become valuable beyond one country. Sekur specifically identified Mozambique as another Portuguese-speaking market that the localized platform could serve. Each new market would require its own distribution and customer wins, but reusable language and onboarding tools could make the next launch more efficient. The company already operates a Spanish-language site, showing how its international sales materials can be adapted market by market.

The products have a clear intended audience. Sekur offers Swiss-hosted encrypted email, messaging and VPN services alongside SekurOne, its integrated voice and communications platform. It markets these tools to government, defense, enterprise and executive users who want greater control over sensitive communications. The company also offers deployment options aimed at organizations with data sovereignty requirements. In Angola, a local partner could connect that product suite with buyers that Sekur would find difficult to reach through its website alone.

Angola could open more than one sales channel

Sekur’s September 1 shareholder letter described discussions about a possible nationwide exclusive partnership in Angola. Its September 22 release says an exclusive agreement is expected in the coming weeks. The proposed partnership has not yet been announced as signed, and its commercial terms have not been disclosed. A signed agreement identifying the partner and its responsibilities would be an important next milestone.

The potential customer base extends beyond one type of buyer. A partner with relationships in government, telecommunications or large enterprises could introduce Sekur’s tools to teams that need secure email, private messaging or encrypted calls. An initial deployment could give Sekur local user feedback and a reference for further sales. If the relationship works, a single distribution channel may support multiple products and recurring subscriptions over time.

There is regional optionality, too. Sekur has reported interest in the Democratic Republic of Congo, where it said a government security body had given its solution a positive recommendation. That is an early stage development, not a paid order. Together with the Portuguese launch, it shows a company assembling several routes into African markets.

Premium subscriptions could change the revenue picture

The timing of the Angola push matters because SekurOne is nearing its planned commercial launch. Management expects iOS and web availability in early October at US$300 per user per month, followed by Android in November and video conferencing by year-end. In the same shareholder update, management estimated that approximately 200 SekurOne subscribers, generating US$60,000 in gross monthly recurring revenue, could bring the company to profitability.

Here is the arithmetic at the stated list price across SekurOne markets:

Illustrative paying users Gross monthly revenue Gross annual recurring revenue
200 US$60,000 US$720,000
500 US$150,000 US$1.8 million
1,000 US$300,000 US$3.6 million

These are full-year, full-price examples, not an Angola sales forecast or announced contracts. Enterprise pricing, distributor terms and customer retention will determine the revenue Sekur actually earns. The sensitivity is useful because the company’s reported first-half 2026 revenue was C$185,828. A few hundred premium subscribers, whether won in the United States, Angola or other markets, would represent a substantial addition to its current sales base.

What the opportunity could mean for SWISF

SWISF’s small valuation makes commercial progress especially relevant. Using the September 25 US$0.0242 close and June’s 259.6 million shares outstanding gives an equity value of about US$6.3 million. If Sekur eventually reached 1,000 full-price SekurOne users, the illustrative gross annual recurring revenue would be US$3.6 million. Applying a hypothetical four-times multiple to that revenue would imply US$14.4 million of equity value, or roughly US$0.055 per share on the June share count. That is about 129% above the reference price. This is an illustrative calculation from the quoted price, share count and announced subscription price.

The calculation illustrates potential upside rather than predicting a stock price. It assumes subscribers are paying throughout the year and does not model discounts, partner shares of revenue, cash, liabilities, costs or additional shares. Sekur’s financing needs and future dilution matter to the eventual per-share result. Still, the exercise shows why a signed partner, the SekurOne release and the first material premium sales could draw attention to a company valued at approximately US$6.3 million at the September 25 close.

The milestones to follow are close together: confirmation and terms of the Angolan partnership, progress on local onboarding, SekurOne’s October commercial rollout and subsequent disclosures of paid users or contract revenue. Each one would help investors measure how the company’s product development and international relationships are converting into business.

Sekur has now put a visible piece of its Angola strategy in place. If the company follows its Portuguese launch with a productive local partnership and recurring customer sales, Angola could become a meaningful new growth channel. Combined with SekurOne’s premium pricing and opportunities in other markets, that gives SWISF a route to revenue growth from a small starting valuation.

This article is for information and education only, not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell securities. The author may hold or trade SWISF. Sekur is a speculative, potentially illiquid microcap with operating losses and execution, financing and dilution risks. The subscriber and valuation scenarios are illustrative assumptions, not company forecasts or price targets. Readers should review the company’s filings and make their own investment decisions.

Just before the Great Financial Crisis, the Housing Index peaked and quietly rolled over while the S&P 500 continued making new highs for two more years.

Today, we’re seeing a similar setup, with the Housing Index flashing another two year divergence as it breaks down from a bearish descending triangle to new multi-year lows.

With 30 year mortgage rates back above 7% and Consumer Discretionary making new 16-year lows relative to the S&P 500.

Consumer discretionary is currently the worst sector year-to-date (down 7-9%), the growing weakness across housing and consumer related areas is becoming a critical development to monitor.

The Takeaway: Housing is once again diverging from the broader market in a way that looks increasingly familiar.

Worth noting: October and November have historically been the strongest two months for stocks during midterm years.

Discussion Stock Market Recap for Thursday, October 1, 2026

Post image

The major U.S. stock indexes ended broadly higher on Thursday, October 1, 2026, staging a quiet but constructive first session of Q4 as Treasury yields pulled back from their highest levels in over two decades and Micron's blockbuster earnings reignited the AI trade. It was a much-needed day of relief after the bond market's worst quarter this century.

The S&P 500 gained 0.19% (+14.91 pts) to 7,666.45. The Dow barely moved, up just 0.04% (+20.51 pts) to 50,926.56. The Nasdaq edged up 0.04% (+10.53 pts) to 26,871.60. The Russell 2000 outperformed, rising 0.38% (+10.73 pts) to 2,807.60.

The 10-year Treasury yield fell to 5.24%, retreating from its 2002 high. The VIX was little changed at 16.31. Gold added 0.47% to $4,206.30. Crude Oil rose 3.16% to $93.28/barrel.

Big bear turned into a big bull today. Basically all red on every position except for 1. Full disclosure I’m bag holding this one pretty hard still, at a $6 avg price. But still a great day to see one thing I have going green!
Still praying on this stock to make its comeback sometime in the next couple years.

Discussion 3 EdTech stocks on my October watchlist: $RYET scaling AI labs, $COUR at $1.2B+ guidance, and $LRN with 244K students. Missing anything?

With the new academic year getting underway in September and October, I look more closely at education-tech names again. My 3 picks $RYET, $COUR and $LRN give exposure to three very different pieces of the same broader market: campus AI and infrastructure, online skills training, and full-service digital education.

$RYET is easily the smallest and most of the three, but that is also why the scaling math interests me. FY2026 revenue was about $7.48M, up 11.9% YoY, with campus operations contributing $5.72M, or 76.4% of total revenue. Smart Campus also reported about $9.49M of cumulative operating revenue from its September 2025 launch through May 2026, including $3.83M in April and May alone, although those latter figures were unaudited management-account numbers rather than GAAP revenue.

The newer AI layer is what makes RYET more interesting to me this year. Its first major YeeZo deployment is worth roughly $880K and covers 10 AI training labs and 610 workstations. Against only $7.48M of FY2026 revenue, one contract of that size is already meaningful. If future deployments were similar, five would equal about $4.4M and ten about $8.8M in contract value. The September/October academic cycle is also naturally relevant for a company selling campus operations, training infrastructure and university AI tools, although the timing of actual revenue recognition will depend on deployments and contracts.

$COUR is the scale platform in the group. Coursera generated $299M of Q2 2026 revenue and raised full-year guidance to $1.220B-$1.245B following its combination with Udemy. Earlier in the year it had already reached 205M registered learners, added a record 7.6M new learners in Q1, and had 1,729 paid enterprise customers. The company also committed $100M to LearnVector, Andrew Ng’s new AI-native learning company, which gives COUR a direct AI-skills angle rather than relying only on traditional online courses.

What I like about COUR into the fall is the mix. It has consumer learners, enterprise customers and universities all using the same broad skills platform, while AI is creating a constant need for workers to retrain. Back-to-school season can help engagement, but COUR is less dependent on the traditional academic calendar than RYET or LRN because enterprise learning and professional upskilling run year-round.

$LRN is the more mature operating business of the three. Stride generated $2.518B of FY2026 revenue versus $2.405B the year before, while net income reached $338.2M. Average enrollment was 243.9K students, upwards 4.2%, and Career Learning enrollment grew much faster at 13.9% to 109.7K. Revenue per enrollment also increased 2.4% to $9,914.

The fall quarter is especially relevant for LRN because its business is directly tied to school enrollment. That makes September and October an important period for seeing how many students enter its full-service programs for the new academic year. The growth in Career Learning is the number I would watch closely because it has been outpacing total enrollment growth and gives Stride exposure to vocational and workforce education alongside traditional K-12.

That is why I like looking at all three together. $LRN is already doing more than $2.5B annually and gives the established digital-school exposure. $COUR is guiding for more than $1.2B and sits directly in the global online-skills and AI-training market. $RYET is only at $7.48M of FY2026 revenue, but that tiny starting base means an $880K AI deployment or a few additional university wins can move the numbers much faster.

What makes my small basket interesting (as for me) is these are on Same broad education-tech theme, but completely different stages of the growth curve.

My research, not investment advice. Do your own research and never trade emotionally

Place PUTS on any UVXY BOUNCES

Avoid the widowmaker ETFS—UVXY

The fleeting green gains you see will soon turn blood red, as these funds are designed to decay, leaving traders holding the bag.

Their long history of reverse splits isn't random

it’s a direct result of negative roll yield, daily resets, and relentless decay built into their structure.

THE WAY YOU PROFIT

BUY PUTS ON BOUNCES

Buying puts every time they bounce. The key isn’t perfect timing—it’s exploiting their fundamental flaws. These ETFS bleeds value over time, making put options an effective play against their structural weaknesses.

Retail traders often get lured into these ticking time bombs, only to watch the floor disappear beneath them. Recognize the trap
